The college reopened on 8 th July 2019 for the academic year 2019- 2020. A special assembly was

The theme for this year’s assembly selected by our principal was “Global Issues & its impact in
Assemblies were held on alternative Thursdays of the month during the Value Education hour.
Final year & second year students were given an opportunity to conduct assemblies. There were
some interesting topics that were taken up by the classes to create awareness about issues
plaguing the world at large. The assembly would begin with opening prayer, Bible Reading and
worship songs. The classes used special format of presentation such as mime, quiz, chorography,
skit etc., to convey the message.
A Special Assembly was conducted by the class III B. Com ‘A’ and the student Union to
celebrate Teacher’s Day on 5 th September 2019.

Impact of Westernization
Value education classes were held on Thursdays during the value education hour by the class
teacher in order to inculcate in our students with moral and ethical values and be achievers in
society and also contribute back to the society. The value education classes are interactive and
students are taught using multimedia aids, videos, group discussion, debates and short stories.
The schedule comprised of topics such as values, life enrichment skills, interpersonal
relationships, personality development etc. A feedback on each session was given by the class
