Report 2015-16
The Orientation & installation of the office bearers was held on 6th August 2015 in the Seminar Hall. The Chief Guests were Dr. H. Suresh, Hon’ble Advisor & Dr. C.N. N. Raju, Hon’ble Secretary, Youth Red Cross India, Red Cross Society, Bangalore
The College YRCS celebrated Independence Day [15TH August 2015] & Republic Day [26TH January 2016] with great patriotism in the College campus. The salute was taken by the Principal, staff & students.
A blood donation camp in collaboration with YRCS, Race Course Road, Bangalore was held on 11th September 2015 in the College campus. Every donor was presented with a certificate & the institution was awarded a special certificate.
The Youth Red Cross Wing, Bangalore Urban District in association with International Association for Religious Freedom conducted a Human Rights Education Training Programme for two days held on 15th & 16th November in Seshadripuram College, Bangalore. Five students of the TRCS took part in the training programme.
A talk on importance of organ donation was given by Dr Umesh, Dept of Anatomy, Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences on 31stMarch during the general assembly
Report 16-17
“Development of personality through community service”, this is the unique system that the Red Cross Society is adapted to impress upon the youth. The importance of serving our society when one as self-less thoughts, self-less deeds automatically follows and this in turn builds a rapport with others and boosts the development of one’s personality.

The blood donation camp in collaboration with Sanman Voluntary Organisation was conducted on 14th March 2017 in the college Seminar Hall in the aid of Cancer patients of Kidwai hospital. Every donor was presented with the certificate and the institution was awarded with a special certificate and memento.
The response was immense and 53 units of blood were collected from the Staff and Students and donated to Kidwai Hospital.

HIV - Awareness Program was held on 20th March 2018. The program was conducted by Dr. Shirley Thomas, Consultant MBBS, DNB – General Medicine, PG-DIP in ID, fellowship in HIV medicine from Baptist Hospital, Bangalore
The blood donation camp in collaboration with Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology was organized on 27th March 2018 in the college seminar Hall in the aid of cancer patients. Every donor was presented with the certificate and the institution was awarded with a special certificate and memento.
The response was immense as 57 units of blood was collected from the staff and students and donated to Kidwai Hospital.
