Saujanya KG sets new mark
Clocked 12 seconds flat to finally obliterate a 45-year-old record of 12.10 seconds set by Nirmala Uttaiah of Mount Carmel College in 1971, in the 52nd Bangalore University inter-collegiate athletic championship 2016-17.

She also bagged the Best Athlete Award in the meet

Saujanya KG equals meet mark
In 51st Bangalore University Inter-Collegiate athletics championship 2015-16, timed 12.1 secs to win the 100M, equalling the mark set by Nirmala Uthaiah in 1971
